Sleep.........
Sleep is most important part of life. Sleep gives us relaxed.People usually sleep 7-8hours in a day.But sometimes some people sleep 10-12hours or 4-5hours in a day.I think that"s too much for them.Some of them sleep more and some of them sleep less.I am also do that.I sometimes sleep 10-12hours and sometimes 4-5hours in a day.When i over sleep i feel like i am lazy.And when i sleep less i feel so tired.So both is bad.Everybody needs sleep perfectly.that"s can makes us comfortable.

You are right. Unfortunately, most of us can't find 8 hours a day to sleep. I know I am sleep-deprived most of the time.
ReplyDeleteReach, I just got home and found your lab assignment from last week that I asked you to work on again today. I know that obviously you were not able to do that part of the lab today. Sorry. It must have fallen out of my folder. I will give it to you on Monday.
